Energy Manipulation Crash Course E02 (Basic Movement of Energy [Internal])

Following on from our first episode in the crash course, we will explore the next fundamental technique that serves as the basis for all EM:

Once you've completed the previous exercise and assigned your energies a colour(s), form, and some different traits. Try willing that energy to move around this glass vase (within your body).

Remember the three main principles of Intention, Will & Visualisation.

Have the intention of it moving, will it to move and visualise it doing so. It's that simple!

Example: 'I have black energy inside the middle of my chest. I want it to move to my right shoulder. I have a clear intention, I will it to move there, and I visualise it moving there. Therefore, it moves.'

Move it from your shoulder down to your elbow. Move it from your chest to your stomach. Move it in every direction, to every limb and extremity of the body. Do this for 5-10 minutes, time permitting.

Take your time with this exercise. Mastery is a lie that people tell themselves. Anyone can benefit from doing foundational techniques, no matter their status or where they are in their spiritual journey. A person can spend their whole life trying to 'master' a specific thing, and never reach that status. To live is to be a lifelong student!
