Echo Encounters
Have you ever seen something out of the corner of your eye? Something that contrasts the current environment? You could be driving down a country road. You could be walking in surburbia. You could be in a house, and see a still shape; a silohouette. This silohouette appears unnatural; like a still frame photograph. It's a figure of someone; or something. Its coloured black, grey, or dark silver. It might also other possess other colours.
Earth is not a new world; it has been remade, reshaped, near countless times over. The land upon which you stand has seen countless events, people, and situations occur over the many years. At times, an event, person, situation or occurrence can stain the location. It leaves behind a residual imprint; a residue. This residual imprint is available to those perceptive and sensitive enough to perceive.
Let me give an example. I was recently traveling down a country road, between empty land, full of trees, rolling hills and wildlife. On the corner of the road, sitting atop a barbed wire fence was a young child. He looked to be about 10 or 11 years old. He was dressed in a long-sleeved red flannelette shirt. He had long dark blue jeans on, and leather brown boots caked in mud. He had short light brown hair. His face was pale white, and there was no life. He was an echo; a residual imprint of a past time. Perhaps he was a farmer's son, helping toil the land. Perhaps he was a victim of an accident; prone to sudden death. Regardless of his story, he can be seen and witnessed in this rough location. His presence is a stain upon the Earth.
Other times you might perceive an unnatural being, something that isn't human. It too, is likely an echo. It may be a tangible being; but you perceive the echo; the residual imprint of its presence. To perceive echos is a psychic ability - Not everyone can see them, or see them in details. If you suddenly receive an image; a 'still frame photograph' of a specific silohouette, complete with details in an instant; and then its gone the next, you likely witnessed an echo.
Note - Echos are similar but different to residual energies found in homes. I.e,, the house creaking, footsteps being heard, etc. Echos are more of a snapshot of a stain or imprint. Whereas these other occurrences can be labeled residuals.
